How it works

Joining Norwich FarmShare isn’t just about buying vegetables. We’re a community of people from Norwich and the surrounding area working together to think differently about our food. You will have a say in how the scheme develops and how your food is grown and sourced. And there will be opportunities for you to get involved if you want to, and to join us for consultation meetings, social events and workdays.

The vegetables that currently make up your weekly share come from local organic producers Eves Hill Veg Co, From the Earth, Hughes Organics, Arthur’s Organics and from a small plot farmed by one of the FarmShare growers. The vegetable shares are delivered to the FarmShare food hub – ready to be picked up by members between 4.30 and 7pm every Thursday.

We offer three sizes of vegetable share, to suit any size of household. We also offer seasonal fruit and free-range eggs. Members come to the weekly hub to weigh out their weekly share, and get the chance to meet other like-minded members of the community for a chat. Alternatively, for a small supplement, members can have their food delivered safely to their doorsteps by our cycle delivery team.

See the sign-up page for share and cycle delivery prices; you can find lots of other information about how it all works on the Frequently Asked Questions page. But if you don’t find what you’re looking for there, please feel free to get in touch.
