Getting started

Here are the essentials to help you get started as a member of the CSA.

Standing orders
Make sure you’ve set up a standing order for your monthly share amount, plus any supplement for fruit, eggs and delivery. Your membership will start on the beginning of the month after signing up. If you are on a trial month, then you will need to make a one-off payment initially, then set up a regular monthly standing order after that (we will email to remind you).

First Collection
You are now ready to enjoy a share of the vegetables (and fruit and eggs if you have ordered these)!  You can collect on the next available Thursday from our city centre Hub – anytime between 4 and 6.30pm.

Cycle Delivery to your door
Delivery is possible if you live within the Norwich outer ring road and will be between 4.30pm and 7pm on a Thursday. If you are not at home, please leave instructions for delivery, otherwise our team will leave your share in bags/boxes on your doorstep. Fruit and egg shares can also be delivered. It is possible to also pay £3 for one-off deliveries in case you cannot get to the Hub one week – just contact us to let us know before 4pm on the day.

You may be able to find answers to any questions you may have on our Frequently Asked Questions page – otherwise please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
